Introducing Bridging

Elijah Chew, ACS (International)

Hi everyone, I wanted to share something that I have been building over the past few months. Bridging is a free, AI-powered E-Math revision web platform for Singapore secondary students. It offers practice questions, structured notes, and personalised feedback at bridging.lol, built mostly in the hours between school, tutoring, and everyday life. The name tells you exactly what I wanted it to do: bridge the gap between students who can access support and those who cannot.

I first thought of Bridging back in 2025, while I was still taking my O-Level examinations. It stayed an idea until I began volunteering and tutoring lower-income secondary school students. Many strong revision tools exist, but the cost of platforms like Koobits and Geniebook means access often depends on what a family can afford.

So in late May, I decided to do something about it. As a student with a limited budget myself, I put in my own time, effort, and money to fix a problem I felt nobody else was properly solving. Over 150 hours of development later, and after compiling notes across more than 17 topics on my own, Bridging became real.
